Art is independent. It moves and changes with the times. Even once the original creator of the work is long gone, art remains. A testament not only to the genius of the artist but also to the culture that embraces it.
So while Amy Winehouse was an artist who had a life that was cut much too short, her art continues to grow, continues to change, and continues to inspire.
